Hi all, Just posted a new article on the Mental Health page regarding caffeine withdrawal. While I'm sure most of you don't skip your morning cup of joe, what could happen if you skip your morning coffee or end up skipping it for several days?
I can go weeks without having coffee without a problem. My main issue was when I stopped drinking soda. Regular soda made me drop weight (which was great) but gave me headaches (now drinking it gives me a headache). Diet soda after a couple of days makes me feel incredibly rough.
