I've learned that the weight loss challenge is more than just sticking to the exercise and nutritious foods. I had to address the thoughts in my head that caused me to slack off the exercise and reach for the junk food.

It is a brain matter. I once worked for a very prominent weight loss organization when I graduated from college, and I interviewed a lot of successful and unsuccessful weight loss clients. I learned that those who win the weight loss battle had to change their thoughts about food and exercise. My daughter and I do this now. It's still an ongoing challenge but changing our thoughts really helps.

I think you should take a lot of care about your diet and also drink water to weight loss. Used vinegar in your meals and other salads. Also do some exercise.

Seriously, people there is no magic weight loss pill, diet or shake.

If you take in more calories than you burn, you will gain weight.

One thing people who exercise neglect is resistance training (weights). Yep, women should lift weights. It increases muscle and bone density and more muscle helps your body burn fat.

Dieting alone is a trap.

I agree with you, but we can't observe a similar diet. For this I use a weight lost products!
