hi lisa and forumers,

i've encountered some chests for the ultimate weapons, however when i tried to open them it says "can't open"; so i'm wondering y cant open em? these ultimate weapon chests are:

(1) The Godhand chest
(2) In front of the zoo keeper in "Calm Lands"

Well first you will need to get the Cloudy Mirror, you can get this item by racing against the Chocobo Trainer on the Calm Lands
Note: to get this item you need to finish at a time of 0.0 seconds, so try to catch alot of balloon and don't get hit by those damn birds ;p

Then when you finally got this Cloudy Mirror you go back to Macalania Woods and you find a Woman with her son there (close to the saving sphere), when you talk to them they will tell you they lost their father/husband.
Go find him, he is 2 screens to the right
(last screen before entering the Calm lands again) and then 1 up from where they are.
There should be 3 ppl there including this guy, talk to him and he will go back to his family.. so will you btw, and when you come there you see that the boy is missing this time. *sigh* hehe

To find him you must run through the woods till you come where auron knew a secret location
(you have found here your first Jecht sphere)this road auron found is in the middle of the right side, but under there should be an other road also.. go in there and you come at a stairway of *stars* or something looking like that ;p, follow this road and you will find the kid, when you talk to him, he and his family are so happy they make your Cloudy Mirror into the Celestial Mirror, wich you need to open the Chests, and to Power Up your weapons.
Note: to Power up your weapons you go back to the same location where you got the Celestial Mirror

First off, you have to go to the Remiem Temple. You need to ride a chocobo to go here and you will find the chocobo trainer up front if you came from where you first entered the calm lands (after the B-E-A-utiful movie of Tidus and Yuna). After you got on a chocobo, go right to the very edge and look for a yellow feather (some call it chocobo feather). Press X or O and the chocobo you are on will fly down to a small path. Go off the chocobo and follow that path. You are now in Remiem Temple. Go to the left and you will see a chocobo. Look for a sphere there that will say something like "once you ride the chocobo on the other side blah blah blah the race begins". Follow what the sphere says and ride the chocobo on the OTHER SIDE (go right). Win the race and you get the cloudy mirror. It doesn't matter how many chests you open. Just race to the center as fast as you could to beat the champion chocobo. Then, go to Macalania Woods and take the shiny path up. If you didn't do some talking in the beginning. There will be an annoying woman blocking your path. To make her go away, you must talk to a woman (with her son) who was looking for her husband. You will find the husband where your party camped before and after the B-E-A-utiful movie of Tidus and Yuna. Talk to him and he'd head back to his family. Go back to Macalania Woods and talk to the reunited husband and wife (minus the son). The son is missing so you find the boy to where the annoying woman blocking your path stood before. Note that you should talk to the husband and wife until they repeat themselves or else the annoying woman blocking your path will not go away. So there, you find the son and do some talking. The boy reunites with his parents and they move out. You press X or O on the thing with the eye (that thing with something opening and closing on it). It reacts with the cloudy mirror and poof! you have celestial mirror!
