I try to take a little "me" time every day if at all possible. It could be sitting outside with a cup of tea, reading a book, listening to music, seeing a movie or good tv program, or researching something that interests me. This week I went into a store to buy myself a blouse I have been wanting. It made me feel good (and I got it on sale!). When I have a lot of "me" time I go visit with friends or ride my horse.
