It's so easy to fall into a casual attitude towards one's own business when it is a home business. That's why I try to keep some professionalism here. My daughter (adult) and I have weekly meetings to sync our schedules and determine priorities.
And like yesterday's little celebration, it is good to show appreciation for efforts and jobs well done.
I treat her as the professional she is and she definitely performs up to speed as one.
