Lisa, I am still working at the managing my time thing. A lot to do, but life is short I don't want to be so busy that I miss out on my family time.

I think time management is a consistent process - it needs to be reviewed periodically - especially after transitions.
I am about to look at my routine again - as we are about to enter another school year and summer is coming to an end for us.

Working at home while homeschooling the kids is a lot.
I am finally mastering the juggling, but there is a 3 year old involved and she is always changing the items I have to juggle (LOL).
Great article!

I'm intrigued with how homeschooling moms manage their time and get it all done. I'd love to hear more about how you do it.
Good for you, Yvonnie!

I tend to have a busy mind, so what helps me is to make a to-do list in the morning and then prioritize it on paper first, this way I am truly doing the most important items and then working my way down the list. It also gives a visual which helps fuel a sense of accomplishment and more motivation. Small trick, but works well for me.

Christin -
I create a daily to-do list as well. I write mine on a write on-wipe off board. It's about 8x10 and I carry it with me around the house or even in my car. People laugh at me, but it works. Crossing things off is a motivator for me!

Setting aside a certain amount of time to answer emails and be on the computer helps. Otherwise, you can carried away for hours on the computer.
