There are so many types of yoga you can practice and styles vary immensely. I love
Flow Yoga Practice because it helps reduce stiffness, it corrects postural imbalances and burns more fat and calories than other types of yoga. Flow yoga also feels like a moving meditation to me so when I do it I find that I feel less stressed, more peaceful and accepting of myself which makes me more accepting of others.
