When I'm struggling with organization or staying motivated, ADD is just a tough row to hoe. There are other times when I have solved a difficult problem with creativity, I am blessed by my ADD!

What's your take on ADD?

I've been helping my girlfriend and her family pack to move. We were in the middle of packing a box and she said "that picture needs to go too," and she walked over this picture hanging on the wall, and took it down.

I was like "So, were you afraid you were going to forget it or something?" LOL...

I don't believe I have ADD, though I guess I could. But I have noticed that like, with my friend, when life is overwhelming, it's really a call to step back and take a really, really, really deep breath

Sometimes I have to take so many deep breaths that I am in danger of hyperventilating!
