Yesterday was my second time through the modified 300 workout, a 15-18 minute workout that burns tons of fat and strengthens and tones every inch of your body.

I made some changes to this workout so that it's easier to follow. Instead of reps you just set a timer and perform each exercise for 50 seconds with 5-10 seconds to transition between exercises. It was easy, quick, fun, and you can make it as intense or as challenging as your body can handle.
