Mixed greens, perfectly ripened tomatoes, kalamata olives, and chicken breast, tossed in apple cider vinegar, herbs, and garlic salt.

Lettuce with a little mayo and gorgonzola with freshly ground pepper. It's easy and a bit decadent, but I love this. We got some wonderful gorgonzola crumbles at Costco.
