Losing weight is actually fairly easy when you're eating healthy, exercising regularly and managing your stress and emotional eating issues.

What is not easy is losing more weight once you've lost a significant amount of weight. Your body stops cooperating mainly because it senses a threat and it will do anything to defend the balance that you've managed to achieve so far.
