There's a new article up on the Biology site - Vitamins - Vitamin Types and What They Do

We've all heard how important it is to get the necessary amount of vitamins in our diet, but exactly what vitamins do we need and what are the best foods to eat to help ensure we meet the daily recommendations?

Read the article and then come on back here to discuss it!

I'm glad you enjoyed the article! After researching the topic, I agree with you - I don't think most people get the vitamins they need to be their healthiest.

Just to add to the top the common causes of these vitamin deficiencies include: 1. Poor eating habits 2. Alcoholism 3. Emotional stress 4. he improper absorption of vitamins and minerals (usually due to liver or intestinal disorders) 5. The intake of medicines that interfere with the ingestion of vitamins and 6. Lack of exposure to sunlight. Last but not the least If one constantly feels sluggish and suffer from chronic health-related inconveniences, they might be short of the vitamins the body needs to function properly.
