Hmm...looks like this would go perfect with the beef curry I managed today? But frankly, I haven't seen orzo in my local grocery.

I am going to try to adapt this to a quinoa base grain. It just sounds wonderful!

I love quinoa, that would work well too! Couscous would be another great option :-)

Orzo is sometimes referred to as "Rosa Marina" pasta, they look like rice shaped pasta :-)
