i use palmers shea butter or i mix lotion and baby oil together and slather it on my skin and it works. also aveeno oatmeal lotion work and use a moisturizing shower gel or soap.it's good to put lotions on when your skin is still damp thats what holds the moisture in.
Have you tried Udo's Oil? Reputed to be the perfect balance of essential fatty acids. I find two tablespoons a day, with food, makes quite a difference to my skin.
Thank you so much for all of the advice ladies! It seems as though the water is the problem. I will try something specialized. The problem is mainly in my face which makes it a bit harder to use the real heavy stuff.
