Some headache and migraine sufferers find that they can control the majority of their pain through strictly monitoring their diet. Food triggers are a huge cause of headaches and migraines.
The other day my husband had bought some robin's eggs. I hadn't had chocolate in forever and they were so good. I ate a couple of handfuls and in 15 min I had a killer migrane. I guess chocolate is just one of those things I can't ever eat anymore!
