Hello, and please accept my sincere apologies for my very long absence from the Holistic Health site and from this forum.

My new article The Effects of Procrastination will explain what has been going on with me over the past several weeks. Packing up my UK life and getting ready for the move to the USA took on mountain out of molehill proportions that got the better of me for a while.

If you have any 'putting it off' stories to share, please let's hear them!

Wow, so you moving to the USA - that will be quite an "adjustment"... Welcome back, we missed you smile

I am still trying to ADJUST to moving from a house to a duplex on March 20th (lol). And to be honest, not doing well. Between not sleeping at nights due to my "night sweats" - now "screaming, running" kids have been added to my used to be QUIET life smile
