I would like to see information on how to ease into the advanced postures. Tips for mid-way positions, or using the wall or props, or related poses that can help the body develop the muscle memory for the harder pose.
For example, I just learned about Forearm Stand. I am excited to try that since it looks like it can help me eventually do Scorpion.
