Thanks for your terrific question! One of the best resources I have found is JewishJobs.com which bills itself as the communal clearinghouse for Jewish jobs. They send out a weekly newsletter on Wednesdays with all of the latest job listings they've received.
Coincidentally, The Forward is running a series of articles on jobs in the Jewish world as well.
Also, .jewishcareers.com is a good resource. You might also try going to your local Jewish federation or community center for info and ask around at shul--you never know who you will run into!
