If you haven't talked to a trainer about riding/training chocobos before getting the airship, is it still possible to go back and do so now? I want to get a chocobo so that i can get the Mangus Sisters Aeon, but I can't ride chocobos. When I go up to them, they just squeak and run away. Is there any way to ride a chocobo now if I didnt talk to a trainer the first time I was in the calm lands??

yes u can still do it, talk to svanda(the chocobo lady) and then u will have a choice to ride. u cant just walk up to 1 u have to talk to her first

She is either at the south entrance of the calm lands or like 10 steps south of the save field in the middle
