Just a little while ago my cat jumped down from the back of the couch and was very wobbly on one of her back legs. It was as if she had burt herself jumping down. I picked her up and felt all down her leg and she didn't have any pain. I put her down and she wobbled a few steps and laid down. Again I felt all over her leg and nothing seemed to be broken or sprained. Just a few minutes later she got up and was walking fine.
I started to look up "wobbly legs" on google and found a lot of stuff about diabetes, but all of the symptoms seemed way more severe than what just happened here.
Does anyone have an insight about this? Do you think her leg could have gone to sleep the way people's legs sometimes do?

Along with the incident, have you noticed her shaking her back legs at all? Some cats can get blood clots that create numbness in the hind area. I am not saying that is the case here, but I would keep an eye out for any other leg issues and definitely consult a veterinarian.
Now I've found a lump on her neck. I don't think the two are related, but we're going to the vet on Thursday. We just lost her sister in December, so I'm hoping this is nothing. Please send good vibes our way!
