Manifesting Your Goals .
I'll admit, the inspiration for this article was that I found my goal list for 2009, and I didn't quite accomplish what I'd hoped to. But I'm not going to let that get me down. Every day is a new chance to start, right!
So I'm excited for this year, and I've already made some positive changes. Working on my weight and health seem to be an ongoing thing, but that tends to overwhelm me. So I've decided that instead of working "toward weight loss," which just seems too overwhelming, I'll on simpler goals that get me there
I'm walking three times a week for 30 minutes each time. My goal is by March to be walking four times a week.
I'm eating more fresh fruits and veggies.
I'm drinking more water.
I like breaking down big goals into smaller, more manageable goals.
And, I've got my goal journal that I'm reading EVERY day!
