Hi, this is lil from Tasmania, I have fibromyalgia and interestingly every blood test I have had in the past few years has had an unidentified virus. Nothing has ever been done about it and after reading aboutXMRV I am left wondering whether it is that. How can I be tested for it, do you know? I would be interested in talking to other sufferers. It's been a long time since I've posted here, and I have learned a lot about CFS/fibro/Gulf War Syndrome over these months. The consensus is that the XMRV Virus is not the only culprit, here. There are many, many viruses involved, and Standford University in CA has conducted a study on just that. They have tested for a litany of viruses, including herpes (it is possible to carry the virus and be symptom free)and lots of bio warfare agents. They aren't saying that they are bio warfare, but if you google the ones on the list with biological warfare agent next to them, you will find that most of them are just that!
