I recently took some classes and part of the classes was to learn how to ground and center oneself and meditate. What an awesome experience! I tend to be a hyper person so now when I get upset I G/C myself by doing a method called the Crystal Countdown and then meditate. I have calmed down and when I get upset I can do my breathing and countdown to a calm place and meditate. Even my husband notices a big difference in me. I highly recommend everyone to learn how to meditate you won't be sorry.
