Summer could be the hardest to get healthy due to hot weather. People get lazy, and prefer to be inside. The article is helpful though.

I agree it's tempting to stay inside, especially if you live where it's very hot. But there are lots of things you can do early in the morning or late at night or even indoors to improve fitness and overall health. The easiest thing to do is to eat healthier as produce is in plentiful supply and available at cheaper prices.
