A recent discovery is sending waves of excitement throughout the mystery books and movies world.
Sixty years after the release of the movie Double Indemnity starring Fred MacMurray and Barbara Stanwyck, it has been discovered that Raymond Chandler had a
cameo part in the movie.
About 16 minutes into the film, MacMurray leaves an office and walks past a man sitting near the office reading a paperback. That man is author Raymond Chandler.
