It's easy to pass up on a trip if you are suffering with allergies. But you can travel if you do a little pre-planning and research. Does anyone have some good travel tips to pass along?

Be sure to let an airline attnedant know that you have severe allergies if you happen to get set beside someone wearing heavy perfume.

If the airline thinks they may have someone getting ready to go into anaphylactic shock (and a lawsuit) they will bend over backwards trying to find you another seat!

Good suggestion. I know I would hate to have to sit next to someone wearing heavy perfume.
