What are you favorite types of fat burning workouts? Over the last few weeks I have tried everything from playground workouts, to striptease workouts, to pole exercises, to bodyweight cardio and I have found that mixing it up works best for me. The less predictable my cardio workouts are the harder I train and the more I enjoy myself.
