Wine Festivals are the up and coming thing. They are very popular. Tomorrow there is a festival with crafters on the historic courthouse green and next week there is one at Shirley Plantation in Charles City, VA. There are 14 vineyards represented at the one in Chesterfield.
Although I didn't go to the festival, I worked in the musuem house across the street. It was a beehive of activity. Lots of people coming and going all day long. A live band performed and it seemed everyone was having a good time.
