Hi Kimmie! I've been thinking about this forum this week as the crocuses started blooming in my yard, followed by the first Chionodoxas and Putchkinias that have opened in the last 2 days. Daffodills are in bud and tulip leaves are coming up and the wood hyacinths that I transplanted last Fall have taken and are putting their noses up.
Don't you just love Spring?
The beautiful birdbaths aren't very lovely though, with a winter's worth of sludge in them. Tomorrow for sure I must get out there and scrub them out so the birds can take a nice clean bath.

Sounds like your garden is peeking in with beauty. Be sure to take pictures to put in your garden journal. Chat with you later. Bye and thanks for stopping by. Bring a friend next time. wink

Kimmie! Hey I'm so happy our rough Illinois Spring weather is going to be better! Last year only got greens, flowers got frozen before they could bloom! Dern that cold! But this year, yeah! I plant bulbs in the front of the house and I will report that the daffodils are just about to bloom, and I have several mascari already up! Happy Spring!
