OK - here's the actual review of the movie: Watchmen Review To say that I enjoyed this movie is putting it lightly! I think this is the best film I have ever seen. It combines intelligence, special effects, suspense - everything that I have ever loved about movies all rolled into one!

I'm really looking forward to seeing this, I like the graphic novel, and I like most comic book movies anyways as I'm a complete comic dude LOL - I blame it all on Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwoman in Batman Returns LOL.

If you were one of those people that thought "Dark Knight" was too dark, though - this film is not for you.
This makes "Dark Knight" look like the tv version of "Batman" in comparison!

This movie did great over its opening weekend. I went to go see it, but the tickets were all sold out. The film is over 2.5 hours long, so I might just rent it and watch it in the comfort of my own home. :P

We managed to score free tickets for a sneak preview. We found it faithful to the spirit of the graphic novel, although the plot was streamlined somewhat (and still, a long movie). I would recommend for adults and older teens. This is not a kids' super hero movie, but rather a movie about relationships among flawed people in a flawed society, who happen to fight crime.

I'm not sure how this discussion got started over here in comedy movies, (because there is nothingcomedic about this movie whatsoever!) I'm going to merge it with the discussion I have oever in SciFi/Fantasy movies. But Raleigh - I highly recommend you going to see this in the theatre, especially if you have an IMAX near you. It is amazing on the big screen, and you will get completely caught up in it. I will be buying it when it comes out on DVD - but it just ain't gonna be the same!

That movie is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. I still wonder how I was able to watch it until the end. Ridiculous from the beginning to the end!
