Maybe you put too much beeswax or FO in the base. I would wait for it to dry out and then cut it into smaller pieces and use the pieces in small amounts in another project.
Or, just chuck the whole thing and learn from this experience. When using a new base it is best to experiment with a small amount of additives to begin with, then add more so that the base does not become over saturated with oils.
