This is a really easy one
One year instead of making a read-velvet cake, I made a green velvet cake - and the ladies loved it!
All you do is take whatever your favorite red-velvet cake recipe is; and instead of using the bottle of red food coloring, you use a bottle of green food coloring instead.
It is always a surprise though, because no one is expecting it!
