Has anyone heard of this? The Naked Pumpkin Run has been held in Boulder, CO for the last 10 years. This event includes people running naked on the street while sporting freshly gutted pumpkins on their head.
This year it drew an even larger crowd than usual, getting police involved who wanted to stop anything from getting out of hand.(I think if naked people are running around with pumpkin heads it's already out of hand, don't you think?)
So what did the police do? They ticketed about a dozen people, giving citations for indecent exposure. Other watchers in costumes gathered and chanted to police officers to let go of the streakers and "find real criminals."
