I just bought a DVD set of The Muppet Show, because I remembered hyow much I loved it as a kid, and I thought my children would get a kick out of it.
They don't get the guest stars, but they are loving the Muppets themselves (my 5 yr old is particularly taken with Gonzo.)
So who is your favorite Muppet?
Mine is the Swedish Chef - Bork, bork, bork!

We own the first three seasons of The Muppet Show on DVD. My kids, especially my 8-year-old son, enjoy it a lot. Their favorite would be the Swedish Chef. I like him, too. But I also like Kermit the Frog.

We have the Muppet Show as well! My fvorite is Beaker, because that was what my dad called me when I was little. He said that I talked so much and so fast that no one could understand me and it all just came out as noise!
My daughters love Miss Piggy, Kermit, and Animal. My husband loves them all!

No one can tell really bad jokes and still make you laugh like the Muppets can.

My two favorite Muppet movies are the original "The Muppet Movie" and "A Muppet Christmas Carol". "A Muppet Christmas Carol" was the first movie I took my two oldest daughters to see at the movie theater. It is still a favorite movie of theirs today.

I remember seeing the Muppets first tv special "The Frog Prince" when it first aired in the early to mid 1970's. It was a great retelling of a classic fairy tale in Muppet style. I really enjoyed the giant ogre "Sweetums". He was funny. The Frog Prince
