Halloween seems to be marked in a different way in Britain, maybe because of the rising popularity of ancient cults.

Who thinks that it seems to have become more popular again since the trend towards Goth fashion?

We noticed some Halloween stuff on sale in London as early as the week after the Back to School sales!

Hi Bella shorts, thankyou for posting. Sorry taken me a while to answer, I am sooo busy and I have been away.
I agree about the ancient cults bit due to the rise of Halloween. I do not think it is the gothic culture, more as Christianity has lessened in popularity that more festivals, both Pagan and otherwise have come to the fore, not to mention that the supermarkets, seeing huge profits to be made have seized the oppertunity and make the push too, in a big way.
Anyone else?

They certainly have some special events on at the London Dungeon around that time, for those that are brave enough!

I don't know if it's busier then, but it is usually in the mid-term break.

Apparently, it's never worth getting the cheap tickets as you have to wait so long to get in.
