Cetaphil products are good!
My favorite moisturizers for acne-prone skin are the options offered by Paula's Choice. With all the research Paula puts in to her products, her moisturizers are incredibly well made and at a good price point - you have to get them online - cosmeticscop.com i believe. Or just search Paula's Choice. Very intelligent cosmetics line.
Clinique is a bit more expensive, but they also have decent products. Don't use anything they have with menthol in it (it irritates skin and they really need to wake up about this), but their sensitive skin line is perfect for acne-prone faces.
