Welcome to Bella. Be sure to stop by sometime and welcome to the family.
Now to answer your question, yes kalanchoes do bloom again. They bloom when the weather cools down. I'm in Zone 9 and ours begin to bloom around Nov-Feb. Also, since this is a succulent, it only needs to be watered at least twice a month. Fertilize them with some phosphorus (like a water soluble Miracle Gro bloom booster) and keep in a well lit area (if in your home) or in partial sun outside.
They scorch here in Texas if placed in full sun. Over time, they will grow very large so be sure to repot in a cacti soil mix or put in a well draining flower bed. If you wanna make some babies, just pinch off a piece of your longest stalk, remove all leaves toward bottom of piece and just put it either in the garden or anothe container and you'll continue making new ones. this plant is especially beautiful at Christmas. Good luck and again welcome.
