I just had some lentils and savory quinoa and it was beyond good!

I was sitting at my computer and my wife asked if I was hungry. She's been awesome while I've been at the helm going through my BellaOnline orientation/training process. Instead of my doing the cooking yesterday, she threw together an amazingly simple, filling and gourmet meal.

Sound off with your favorite vegetarian, fast food meals in a pinch. (btw... the meal took between 15 and 20 minutes tops to cook)

Next week, Friday the 30th, I will be shooting my first cooking instructional videos for the series. Looking forward to it!
