In my continuing obsession with reading and reviewing yoga books, here is my review of Yoga Anatomy. Lots of cool factor, but not for beginners.

I got this from my library and although it's an incredible, fascinating work, I don't think I am ready for this kind of detail yet in my daily practice. Maybe by next year.

Thanks for the great review of Yoga Anatomy. I attended a workshop with Leslie Kaminoff at the Inner Idea Conference last September. His passion and understanding of yoga and anatomy, particularly as it relates to the breath was incredible. It was amazing how much I learned in just one hour.
