Okay, Lisa. I've read the milestone post and am ready. My goal is 140. Can you please put this goal in my favorite color of red with the most fabulous, favorite animal in the whole world......the LION? And with my favorite flower the gardenia. Thanks and keep me encouraged everyone please, I need it. I've never been overweight...not even in my pregnancies. This is really hard for me to accept. Have a wonderful 4th of July everyone and stop in sometime at bulbgardening. Bye and thanks so much Lisa for your encouragement.

I wanted to say that the signs are working! Esp the one by the TV and the one on the fridge. The one by the TV last night encouraged me to hop on the treadmill for 70 minutes, even though i had already had a long 1.5 hour yoga class.

And the one on the fridge encouraged me to actually eat a salad! yay!
