WOW!

My 16 yr old son took me to see this today (this was my Mother's Day gift - he knows the way to my heart!)

It was fantastic!!!!

RDJ as Stark was perfect, and the man has never looked better.

The special effects were up there with "Transformers", it was very real-looking.

And if you go to see it, just like every other Marvel film - you must stay through all the credits for an extra little tidbit at the end. Whether it is leading up to an "Iron Man II" or the "Avengers" movie, I'm not sure.

(BTW - no Hilary Swank cameo, sorry to disappoint. But wait 'til you see what role Stan Lee chose for himself this time, LOL!) laugh

I'm looking forward to that one, too.

I fell in love completely with Edward Norton when he was in "The Illusionist". And he was very good in "Red Dragon" as well. Not many people can compete with Sir Anthony Hopkins in a movie.

I believe he will play the guilt-ridden Bruce Banner much better than Eric Bana did.

Michelle,

I agree 100% - Don't get me wrong, Bana is an OK actor, but Edward - IMO - looks more like Banner and his acting skills far exceed Bana.
Other Norton movies that should not be missed inlcude;
Rounders (1998)
Fight Club (1999)
Frida (2002)
The Italian Job (2003)

I also loved The Illusionist - funny story - I accidently got that film confused with The Prestige and dragged my brother and my husband to go see explaining how awesome the book was etc. We get into the film and Ed Norton's name comes up on the screen and I'm "Oh [censored], this isn't the right movie!" So my little brother (who is also a huge moviephile) is like " Let's stay and see what this is all about." Naturally we all loved the movie and had a good laugh since the Prestige didn't come out until the following month!
