I am looking for a ripple afghan pattern I made for someone a few years back. It had clusters of double crochets but was not hole-y. It looks quite like the Granny Ripple Afghan pic found on the pattern central site for afghans:

I am a member of a group on yahoo called Crochet Partners they are terrific at comming up with patterns people request. They recently had something on the forum about granny ripples.Why don't you join and you can ask there they are really fantastic.
