Here are some things you could include on your wedding website:

The Basics
At the very least, you should list the names (bride and groom), date(s), time(s), and location(s). You should also remind people how you'd like to receive RSVPs (e.g. snail mail, phone, e-mail) and the date by which you'll be needing their responses.

Help for Out-of-Towners
Maps and/or written directions can be really helpful for people traveling in from elsewhere. (Sites like Google Maps or Mapquest might be helpful here.) Also think about including links to hotels, motels, car rental places, and public transportation schedules. Finally, you might want to suggest some local attractions or events for your guests to check out while in town.

Extras
Photos of the couple (and other important people) would be fantastic additions to a wedding web page. You could also try writing up a little history of yourselves, and maybe even a paragraph about how your know each bridesmaid, groomsman, etc. Guests might like to sign a guest book (...even though those are pretty old-school at this point).

Any other ideas?
