Great topic and information Kristen. Here is another one...being kept waiting.

I once had a company keep me waiting for over 4 hours! I would have left except that I had already flown overnight to get to this interview and was determined to go through with it after all the travel. This was a big red flag to me that they just didn't place a very big value on me or my time.
