Oh, we technically started last night.
I'm doing an Earl Grey brined turkey - and so had to start the brine last night, because it's supposed to go for at least 36 hrs in the brine.
Then today i've spent about the past 6 hours getting all the prep work done for my side dishes, so all I have to do is pop them in the oven tomorrow.
As soon as I stop using the forums as a delaying tactic, LOL, I will get up and bake my cake.
