BellaOnline Forums Food and Wine Holiday/Seasonal Cooking Who else is cooking for Thanksgiving today?

I'm baking two pies, pumpkin and pecan. I'll also do some prep for tomorrow such as chopping vegetables for my stuffing and frying the bacon for my green beans. Everything else I'll make tomorrow.

Oh, we technically started last night.

I'm doing an Earl Grey brined turkey - and so had to start the brine last night, because it's supposed to go for at least 36 hrs in the brine.

Then today i've spent about the past 6 hours getting all the prep work done for my side dishes, so all I have to do is pop them in the oven tomorrow.

As soon as I stop using the forums as a delaying tactic, LOL, I will get up and bake my cake.
