as I recall the floating death in omega dungeon lets you steal 4 off it. The other floating eyeball things tend to only have 2... then again, you tend to run into a lot more of the others...
YOu can also bribe the Evil Eye A for 3 Musks at 6,200 gil and the buer for 2 musks at 4,600 gil -> the evil eye A is definitely your best deal aside form just stealing it!
(BTW Evil Eye A can be found in Macalania frozen area and the Buer in the Thunder Plains)
