Hi! I've been using liquid chlorophyll for a few months now that I'm pregnant, and it's a wonderful whole food! I take about 2 tablespoons a day mixed with water, and it helps build your blood, clean your blood and liver, expel toxins from your intestines, and it also kills germs and stuff (if you gargle with it, don't swallow the gargle because it will be carrying all kinds of nasty stuff).
