My husband is quietly grieving alone in his own way trying to come to terms with the news...

The man who changed the WHOLE world for men...has passed on...

Inventor of the TV remote dies

Have a blessed day-

Yes, it is sad, but I am not grieving for the inventor of the TV remote. I doubt all other men are grieving. That I and other men would be grieving over the inventor of the tv-remote is such a sterotype of men. I feel slightly insulted by such a generalization. Actually, I don't watch much tv. There just is not that much worth watching on tv these days. TV is mostly just reality-tv, and dozens of spinoffs of CSI, ER and LAW and ORDER. It all looks very much the same.

Nonetheless he was a hero, his name always will be shiny in the sky, without what he invented who could change several TV-CH in short period so convenient, God bless him.

Counterparts of him are some traitors who invented phone especially mobile (hand phone), "SMS", jewelry and the worst of them "Mirror"! I never forgive them.

Lynn I love your picture! Your husband may already know mine did...lol...he was already "quietly" grieving next to me. When I told him to brace himself his hero had died...there was a deep sigh and a "i know the inventor of the remote...."...lol

after all most married couples will fight over two things in there marriage...money and the remote...

Craig,

I intended to generalize all men into this group it was an attempt at humor. I did not intend to offend and am sorry if I did.

Modern men were born to flip channels.
