Hard to say. I'm not fond of AA either--neither as a human being in general (if somebody can't get into a college/get a job on their own merits, then why does anyone think they'd be able to handle said curriculum/job once it's handed to them?), nor as a woman (I'd not want to know I got a job simply because I have a [censored], as opposed to knowing I was actually the best candidate). But as I'm finding out with this whole "Proposal 2" thing in Michigan, I'm not sure that I necessarily want AA outlawed either, not while I'm able to read on a message board that a woman was TOLD at a job interview that they didn't feel that a woman could supervise that many employees.
As far as lgbt/AA though...I dunno. You can't look at someone and know they're gay (or straight, or married, or single, or a parent, or whatever) the way you can tell by looking that someone is black or female, so I'm not entirely sure what the point of it would be; unless you walk into a job interview and announce "Hi, I'm Bob and I'm gay," then how will they know so they can discriminate?
