If you're looking for somthing interesting to fill in the gap between now and the start of fall; and, you're interested in books on spiritual growth, you might take a moment and look at Mike Yankoski's "Under the Overpass: A Journey of Faith on the Streets of America."
It's a great story written by a college student who stopped out (not dropped out, stopped out--took a few months off) of college to go on a journey to find his true spiritual self.
It's not a "happy go lucky" kind of story; he and his pal put aside their lives to do this. And the book chronicles the hardships and discoveries they made on their journey. I picked this one up and couldn't put it down.
